I got something pretty cool in the mail today - “Yoshikazu Yasuhiko Drawings for Animation from Mobile Suit Gundam the Movies & the Original TV series” I know it’s a mouthful, but uuuh, it’s basically just a bunch of genga drawings Yas did.  And it’s totally sweet, take a look!

Also I’m pretty sure the first three dudes in that last image are Yas himself, Ichiro Itano and Hideaki Anno, who interviews those two in the back.  I’m not so sure who the last guy is though.

Holy shit where did this come from, ebay? Was this published recently or is it vintage? JEALOUSSSSS

That came out this year. It’s been taunting me at Kinokuniya. :<

Remember, folks! Barnes & Noble increased their order by a ton to gauge in-store sales. If you don’t already have a preorder in, buying from a physical store will help guarantee that B&N will stock later volumes, increasing access to the series for new readers and uninitiated Gundam fans.

This book is a treasure for comics and mecha fans alike!
